READ ALL DIRECTIONS BEFORE STARTING WORK.
ATTENTION: WEAR GLOVES, SAFETY GLASSES AND PROTECTIVE CLOTHING!

PROCEDURES
Read all directions before starting work. For best results, apply in dry, warm weather. Do not apply when rain is forecasted, or when the ambient air temperature is expected to fall below 10 °C (50 °F), within 48 hours.

Surface Preparation: Clean all dirt, dust and loose materials from cracks or rough surfaces with a stiff broom or stream of water. Allow to dry prior to application of SAKRETE Pre-Mixed Concrete Patch.

Mixing: No mixing is required. Gently stir product before use. Do not dilute with water or solvents.

Placement: To fill cracks in the area to be smoothed, apply SAKRETE Pre-Mixed Concrete Patch with a cement trowel or putty knife by pressing material into crevices to improve the bond. Smooth finish the patch with a damp application tool. For rough textured areas, trowel over surface up to a thickness of 1/8″ (3 mm). Thicker applications will require longer curing and may be damaged if rain occurs before the surface cures. For deeper applications, up to a thickness of 1/4″ (6 mm), apply in layers of 1/8″ (3 mm) and allow 24 hours of curing time between layers. Do not apply in cracks over 1″ (2.5 cm) wide or on surfaces over 1/8″ (3 mm) thick.

4. CURING

This product will form a skin in 20 to 40 minutes and will harden within 4 to 6 hours. If painting is desired, allow SAKRETE Pre-Mixed Concrete Patch to cure for a minimum of 48 hours (when temperatures are between 18 °C to 24 °C/65 °F to 75 °F, with no rain) before painting. Use a high-quality, exterior, masonry grade, breathable acrylic latex paint. Curing time will vary with thickness of the application. The surface will usually cure in 48 hours, but weather and thickness may slow the drying process. Curing to the full depth of the crack may take 5 to 7 days. Keep traffic off the repair area during the curing period. If this cannot be done, sprinkle sand over the repair area to prevent tracking.

5. CLEAN UP

Clean hands with warm, soapy water, while product is still wet. Dried SAKRETE Pre-Mixed Concrete Patch is insoluble in water. Clean tools and spills before the product dries. Hardened product remaining on tools may be removed with mineral spirits.

6. YIELD

0.95 L (32 oz) will cover approximately:
3 ft² (0.28 m²) at a thickness of 1/8″ (3 mm).

7. STORAGE & SHELF LIFE

Store in tightly sealed, original, factory containers, off the floor and in a dry place. Unopened bottles have a shelf life of 12 months.

KEEP FROM FREEZING. WARNING: INJURIOUS TO EYES. KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN.

8. SAFETY PROCEDURES

WARNING! CAUSES IRRITATION: Avoid contact with eyes, skin and clothing. Wash thoroughly after handling. Exposure may result in irritation of the skin.

FIRST AID: In case of eye contact, flush immediately with plenty of water for at least 15 minutes and get prompt medical attention; for skin, washing thoroughly with plenty of soap and water. If irritation persists, get medical attention. KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN. Read and understand the Safety Data Sheet (SDS) before using this product.

SECTION 4: FIRST-AID MEASURES

First-Aid Measures

Inhalation
Typically not an inhalation hazard until material dries out and dust is created. If any irritation develops, move to fresh air. No symptoms likely from normal use. If material dries out, breathing the dust may cause coughing, nose and throat irritation, wheezing. Repeated exposure to the dust can cause chronic coughing and impaired lung function. Long term exposure to respirable crystalline silica in the dust can cause silicosis (lung scarring) and lung cancer.
Skin Contact
Immediately wash with water and soap and rinse thoroughly. Take off contaminated clothing, shoes and leather goods (e.g. watchbands, belts). Thoroughly clean clothing, shoes and leather goods before reuse or dispose of safely. If skin irritation or a rash occurs, get medical advice or attention.
Eye Contact
Immediately flush eyes with plenty of water for at least 15 minutes. Remove contact lenses, if present and easy to do. If eye irritation persists, get medical advice or attention.
Ingestion
Check with the Poison Control Centre or a doctor. Do NOT induce vomiting unless directed to do so by medical personnel.

Immediate Medical Attention and Special Treatment

Special Instructions
Treat according to symptoms (decontamination, vital functions),no known specific antidote.
