Two Superintendents Promoted to Senior Project Managers
King Paving & Construction Company is pleased to announce the promotion of Paul McCarthy to the position of Senior Project Manager. Paul started at KING in 1988 and was quickly identified as a hard worker and strong leader. As he worked his way up to Superintendent in 1998, he gained great respect from his co-workers and customers. As Superintendent, he has taken on some of the company’s most challenging and difficult projects, and always completed them profitably and on-time. With his experience and knowledge of the construction business, and through hard work, he has gained a reputation as a leader in the company and in the industry. In his new position, Paul will be managing and directing Superintendents, focusing on jobs that are mainly involved with infrastructure work.
King Paving & Construction Company is also pleased to announce the promotion of Todd Stewart to the position of Senior Project Manager. Todd has been working at KING for 27 years. Having started as a Student, he quickly moved his way up to Foreman and was promoted to Construction Superintendent in 2001. He has been responsible for the coordination and completion of many challenging projects. Todd attended Brock University and graduated in 1993 with a degree in Geography. In Todd’s new position, he will be managing and directing Superintendents, focusing on jobs that involve asphalt and concrete placement, as well as asphalt production.
