Service Animals and Support Persons – Welcome people with disabilities as well as their service animals and support persons. If a customer with a disability is accompanied by a service animal or support person, ensure that the customer is permitted to enter the premises that are open to the public and keep the animal or support person with the customer.
Notice of Temporary Disruptions – Provide customers with notice in the event of a planned or unexpected disruption in the facilities or services used by people with disabilities. This notice will include information about the reason for the disruption, its anticipated duration and a description of alternative facilities or services if available.
Training for Staff:
KPM Industries Ltd. will provide training to applicable employees about the provision of services to persons with disabilities. Employees will be trained on an ongoing basis when changes are made to this policy.

Social Media Policy
KPM Industries Ltd.’s Social Media Policy outlines how the company utilizes social media platforms to communicate with various stakeholder groups. This policy explains the rules of engagement that govern all social media interactions that KPM Industries Ltd. partakes in, and discloses the company’s voice as that of the Social Media Practitioner (SMP). The policy document also discusses KPM Industries Ltd.’s stance on post moderation as a principle to oversee all activity that takes place on company-affiliated social media pages online.

KPM Industries Ltd. utilizes social media platforms to actively communicate with company stakeholders, whether they be current or prospective customers, industry participants, or other individuals or companies using the Internet. Our company believes that social media interaction can help us to build stronger and more successful business relationships. KPM Industries Ltd. aims to communicate in reaction to relevant posts featured on its social media channels, as well as proactively engage construction product related web communities. In encouraging user participation, we ask that third party users enact the outlined guidelines when contributing to King’s online social media presence.
Post Moderation: KPM Industries Ltd.’s official social media representative will monitor and moderate all user generated content posted to the company’s profile pages outlined previously, as to ensure that all content adheres to the company’s guidelines.
Offensive, denigrating, defamatory, irrelevant, and/or out-of-context user generated contributions will be rejected by the company moderator, and subsequently removed from our sites.

PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP has assessed whether the management system at King Packaged Materials Company, 3385 Harvester Road, Burlington, ON, L7R 3Y5, is suitably designed to provide reasonable assurance that the requirements of the standard noted below (the Requirements) have been met, as of July 3, 2014.
ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System Standard
Management is responsible for ensuring the management system meets the Requirements. Our responsibility is limited to expressing an opinion as to whether the Requirements were met, based on our assessment. The ISO 9001:2008 standard can be found at www.iso.org.
Our assessment was conducted in accordance with the ISO 17021:2011 management system auditing standard and, accordingly, included examining, on a sample basis, evidence supporting management’s assertion that the Requirements were met and performing such other procedures we considered necessary in the circumstances. We planned and performed our work in order to obtain reasonable, rather than absolute, assurance with respect to the information examined. We believe our work provides a reasonable basis for our opinion.
In our opinion, the management system was suitably designed to provide reasonable assurance that the Requirements were met, in all material respects, as of July 3, 2014.
