KING Construction Products Group Launches Nordic Cable, a Cable Grout for the Great White North

King Packaged Materials Company is pleased to announce the launch of a new product called Nordic Cable. This product is a grout for anchoring cables, tendons or bolts in substrates subject to frost. Fully developed and manufactured in Canada, Nordic Cable is designed for cold weather applications with curing temperatures from -5 °C (23 °F) to 5 °C (40 °F). This product is intended for grouting tendons, cables, dowels or bolts in substrates subject to frost. Additionally, it achieves a compressive strength of 20 MPa (2900 psi) in 6 hours and 35 MPa (5075 psi) in 28 days, in -5 °C (23 °F) curing conditions.

Permafrost and frozen-ground engineering consultants will be particularly interested in Nordic Cable, as it is effective on-surface in areas near the arctic circle. To learn more about this new product, view the Technical Data Sheet or contact your KING Technical Sales Representative.
