The current owners are pleased to announce that an agreement has been reached to sell King Packaged Materials Company and King Shotcrete Equipment Inc. to Sika Canada of Pointe Claire, Quebec. King Fabricating will remain under the current KPM Industries Ltd. ownership structure.

Sika is a specialty chemicals company with its corporate head office located in Barr, Switzerland. This company holds a leading position in the development and production of systems and products used in the worldwide building and construction industry.
